In this seminar participants will get to experience how to make commercial siomai, japanese siomai, chicken inasal, chicken and pork ham, lechon manok, tocino, different kinds of longganisa (skinless, vigan, lucban) bacon, chinese sausage, embutido deluxe, fish quekiam, burger patties, beef tapa, fish ball, spanish and tomato sardine, tinapa, tuyo (dried fish) pork and bangus sisig, squid ball, corned beef and as a bonus course participants will also chicken deboning and many more.
Also participants will get to know how to make ice cream without using ice cream maker and freezer to start small if they would wanted to venture into the ice cream business and they can be able to make different flavours of ice cream from fruit flavours to cheese and chocolate to make fancy flavoured ice cream such as rocky road, chocolate fudge, halo-halo and many more.
Participants will also receive a certificate of training right after the seminar. There will be a food tasting experience of the finish products. Lunch and snack will be served, handouts, and all the raw materials for hands on will be provided.
This seminar is open to everyone particularly for those who wanted to venture into the meat and fish processing and ice cream making business.
